The customer service is great. I get a response within minutes usually and he has a voice chat system setup if you would rather be talked through a problem.    Just started with this and it look great so far. My demo account with Interbankfx started at $50K on 10/8 and is now (10/25) at 75K plus. Real account started at $9200 and is now $12000 plus with open trades plus 2K. His system uses multiple time frames and looks for reversals at lower time frames which seems to be valid. You have to hold onto your hat and watch closely because his back testing says no stop loss works best. From his statement that he was only down in late July and early August but those who stuck in out are back and way up. The software and support material are very professional and he answers my email questions right away.

I have tried putting a mirror image trade with a very tight SL on trades that don't go my way. That way you are protected on the loss except for the gap. I move to BE when I can and the trade goes away when the short term swing comes back to the long trend. I don't catch all of these soon enough but the few losers seem to all come back. I think this is better than SL anyway.

 I purchased the Steinitz HAS system the end of September. This is a fully automated EA that that requires no thinking but a lot of understanding. While watching it on a demo account I sent numerous emails to Don Steinitz with questions. I also had an opportunity to spend a couple of hours with him on the phone. Let me say this about Don Steinitz. He is without a doubt an honest developer who is truly trying to help people. Too many folks on this site will look at his website or posted results and lable it a SCAM because it looks too good to be true. They couldn't be farther from the truth.

I went live on the system with a sizable account on October 1st. The software has taken 56 trades through last night across 10 currency pairs with only 1 insigificant loss. This method trades in the direction of the monthly trend. It enters trades on countertrends that are created by lower timeframs down to a 30min chart. What you do have to get use to with this method is open positions that are down and can be down for days or weeks. How large open positions are down is directly related to how heavy a person is trading. The tradeoff for me was learning to accept the open positions as they worked their way into 55 wins and 1 loss so far for this month.

   This is an excellent EA that you can use on any MT4 platform. The clarity of the instructions in the manual makes loading the software a breeze. ForexRobotTrader costs a fraction of what most EAs are being sold out there and I don't understand why Don sells it for that low as the backward and forward testings exibit the kind of profits that all forex traders dream about. Folks, I don't know who Don is nor have I met him before but if you are seriously considering an EA for your trading I would highly recommend to you Don's ForexRobotTrader. Another thing you can be sure about is Don's excellent support given to everyone who purchases his EA. Don answers all my questions within 24 hours every time. There's no monthly subscription with the system and all upgrades are free to existing members. Awesome!

  This is my third attempt with an EA, and my first and only success.
It does exactly what Mr. Steinitz says it will do.
It makes money with its default settings, and more importantly, it can be adjusted, to a degree, to suite your trading style.
It is complex, and it will take some time to learn it inside out, but as I said, it makes money with the default settings.
There have been drawdowns, but trading with the trend keeps them temporary.
I demo'd for six weeks before going live, and that was about four weeks too long. I could have made real money much sooner.
I am pleased with both the EA and the support they have provided.

  I purchased this software (MT4 EA)in August 2007 and have been running it on a Demo account with Alpari UK. The results have been nothing short of AMAZING. From 24 August til 22 October It has had 57 Trades (using 5 pairs).
Total winning trades = 54
Total losing trades = 3

Trading 1 mini lot (0.1) it has produced $1056 clear profit - swaps and spread have been included in this figure.

Total of the three losing trades was $14!!!

The EA has minimal drawdown on the account balance and although I don't understand all the complexities of how it functions, all I can say is WOW!!! Definately a winner in my book, it won't make you rich overnight, but it will steadily grow your account on a daily basis, manage the trades and not put your account balance at risk.

   I have used it live for about 2 months and it does perform well during trending periods. But during ranging times, watch out. I'm running with a 75 pip SL which allowed me to catch some good wins. For the month of Sep 07, I doubled my small $1200 account. Stay away from GBP/JPY and GBP/USD on this EA as it will eat your pips for lunch. The best pairs I found are AUD/USD, EUR/JPY and EUR/CHF. EUR/USD, USD/CAD, CAD/JPY, CHF/JPY also had respectable returns.

I don't know about you, but that is good profit for anyone. Almost 300%.

There ARE trades with some significant drawdowns. But the thing you have to remember (even trading with no stop loss) is that when you are with the trend, your chances of OVERALL success in that trade are great. I had 4 days of SUPER success.. day 5 was a little slower as I had a larger drawdown, Today, day 6, all but 1 of those trades are back in profit (and I have statements to prove). I have 45 wins and 2 losses. The system closed a small loss for some reason.. not sure as it was in the middle of the night. The other loss was actually a win via pips, but the swap was negative and the trade lost about $34.00 overall. so I have 2 losses out of 47 trades. 96%. Do you not think that is a good system?

Anyone out there who will bash this EA is going to bash it. No one can be 100% happy. Trust me.. there is ZERO systems out there to be sold that I have not purchased and tried. Some work for a couple of trades and then have more losses than wins overall. With little to no profit. This is the ONLY one I have seen that not only works, but the trading methodology is something to take in consideration .. even if you don't purchase the EA. Trading with the trend will always get you more wins than losses. This EA scans the better opportunities and presents you with them.

   I first obtained this EA in July, where upon I started testing it with my demo account. Initially, I tried (on a demo account) manipulating the settings myself, and lost. Tried a few more times, and lost. Then I did what I should have done first - RTFM (read the f***ing manual), it worked better but still not matching Don's results).
On a final attempt, I contacted Don, and he set me on the right path. In the first week, I had 16 consecutive wins. A total of 28 wins and 2 loosing trades.
My demo account grew from 58K to a peak of 79K and lost a bit in the JPY retrace a couple of weeks ago. The account is still up by a net of 14K.

I have just gone live yesterday, and already I have (3) positive closed trades, with (2) open trades.

This is an excellent EA - very sophisticated,and one which can be controlled to meet your strictest money management criteria.

Yes, I have read about the "no S/L", ALL EA's need human supervision. For the price, if you expect to do your thing and only collect $$$, that is ridiculous. There is no EA on the planet, for love or for money, that can operate without human intervention - this one comes close!!

If you are worried about the draw down from the "no S/L", it is easy:-
Pick a trending pair, and restrict the EA to go ONLY with the trend (either ONLY long or ONLY short as per the trend). If there is a retrace, you should know it is a consolidation, before the trend continues.
In a sideways market, allow it both ways - the market always comes to the point of equilibrium before it breaks into a trend cycle.

The support is excellent. Don has responded quickly to my questions, and helped me move in the right direction.

I am quite satisfied. For those interested, RTFM (see above), ask questions, RTFM, and ask questions.
Then use the EA.

  I have owned and been testing this EA since 9/15/07, however I have been trading using the same indicators this EA uses for years. 

Some people out there cannot say more than "I don't like the way Don sells this", half of them probably have not even tried the EA itself and certainly haven't tried running it with the setting files freely available on the TSD forum. The author does sell the EA with a "No Loss" claim. However his attached statements confirm that he hasn't had a loss. He isn't lying in that claim. He's trading in the direction of the monthly/weekly/daily trend and knows that holding trades in that direction will pay out eventually.

I demo'd the EA for a month and a half, until the end of October. It has produced a 205% return on a 1k account trading only 1 mini lot at a time. Contrary to how the author trades, those results are with a conservative 75 pip stop loss. The demo has losses, however it has many more wins. I wont trade without a stop, but a 75 pip stop with some of the winners running hundreds of pips. The EA created profit then held its own during the first few weeks of October when the trend disappeared before picking back up again when the trend continued toward the end of the month. It's wins are greater than the losses.

I am now trading it live as of 11/1/07. The EA is up 265 pips as I write this on a live account. All the while the GBP/USD has a 13 pip weekly candle with no real movement.

I have been trading profitably for 5 years and studying and Demoing EA's for the last year. This is the first EA I have run on a live account.

Looking forward to the new 2.6 version.

This is not really a black box as we can see though the indicators he is providing as how this EA would have performed in the past. Lots of points scored here as well.

Further, he is planning to update this EA as how to behave in the ranging markets as well. Normally any commercial EA developer will bring in a new EA for another price if they are giving a new functionality.

His support was outstanding and I even a person having a mico account with minimum balance can take this money out in a very few trades. This EA is worth much much more than the price I have paid for.

  This is my first try at an EA so I found myself scratching my head at first watching this thing run. The drawdowns on the "ugly list" (the float) had me wondering if I ever wanted to risk this live. But once I figured how to tweak it to my shorter term trading style the ugly list shorted up, shrunk the drawdowns and started closing trades at a happy rate. Demo for week ending 10/26/07 topped $ 1700.00! Live trades are in profit too. Its a work in progress for sure, but it already makes money. It makes a few mistakes here and there too, but nothing like the ones I was making myself. So I would encourage the scam reporters to try the updates and the tweaks. Talk to the folks in the chat room for tips. I'm stopping at 3 stars till I see this thing run in a crashing market. That will tell us if the updates will truly see disaster coming.

   First I want to address all of the writers on this page.  Don has made it no secret that without a stop loss you'll have some heavy drawdowns and if you ride it out it will close out as a profit.

This has been my experience so far as well and I have no shame in saying that my 5 current open trades are all in the negative. One trade, the aud/usd, is down -52 as I'm typing this. I'm not sweating it though. Both of my earlier trades with the nzd/usd were down that much as well, and both, after riding it out a few days, closed out at a +45 pip profit, my take profit target.

In fact I think all of my trades were in the negative at one time or another and all of them eventually in the end closed out at a profit. So far I am 20 and 1 with a $2500 gain in 3 days.

The problem I think these other traders are having is more of an issue with their trading styles and lofty expectations that it will make them a million $ in one day. It's pretty simple. If your account can't bear the weight of heavy drawdowns for a period of a few days, then you probably aren't manageing your account very well. Either you are trading with too large of a lot, trading too many pairs, or have short stop losses in place that are going to guarantee that you lose out when your account suffers from a heavy drawdown. It's mighty difficult to turn a $400 account into $10k in a week! I don't care whose EA you are working with, that probably will not likely ever happen unless you are taking some extravegant risks that you probably can't afford to be taking!

I personally am trading it on a demo account exactly how I will be trading my live account soon and that is 1 standard lot with $25k-$50k balance across several pairs. I am testing it and tweaking my style, as that is the intended purpose of a demo account, so when I go live all of the gut wrenching ups and downs will have been already observed and so I will be more aware of what to expect and have less anxiety when my trade is live and down -50 pips.

1 standard lot is in fact contrary to what Don suggests, he only advises 0.5 lot, and that too is also in fact what he trades with on his own live account most of the time. I am me though and I plan on trading with full lots on a live account soon so it's my responsibility to test this on a demo to see if it's viable and to change things up if I see that my strategy is flawed or if my account isn't able to bear the weight of a heavy load, and so far I have had an absolute success with this approach and see no reason, from all of my demo testng, to say otherwise.

I am willing to, and able to take the added risk of trading full lots and will continue to do so until it is either no longer profitable or wise. If I fail because my approach is flawed, then that is my fault. The robot is a robot. It does exactly as I tell it to do and nothing more.

   My experience with Don and the ForexRobotTrader.com has been "EXCEPTIONAL" and like other commentary on here I am totally "EXCITED" to get my hands on the ForexRobotTrader... The customer support is truly "UNSURPASSED" in every way and I mean that literally… I have been a “PEST” emailing Don multiple times a day and he has helped in every way and answered all of my questions “IMMEDIATELY” meaning within 24 hours but usually within the same day… I am a Market Analyst and I have been trading the Forex for over five years now… Every multi-millionaire that I know uses very similar trading strategies to what the ForexRobotTrader uses in making trading decisions that are high probability successful trades…

I am not saying that everyone that uses the ForexRobertTrader will be rich as your success depends on your trading style and money management but I am saying that the trading technique and strategies used are being used today by professional traders…

Example of the ‘SUPERIOR” customer support, I am using a broker currently that was not supported by the ForexRobotTrader and I say “WAS” because now after some messaging back and forth Don was gracious enough to contact his programmer to see what could be done to allow trading using my broker with the ForexRobotTrader… The programmer made some additions that will now allow me to trade using the ForexRobotTrader with my broker, how “EXCEPTIONAL” is that… I mean really once you are a customer and buy the ForexRobotTrader every updated version is “FREE” there are no subscriptions and no further charges “EVER”…

If you are truly looking to trade the Forex Market using an automated trading Bot then look no further you have found what you are looking for…

I first would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank you and your team for this wonderful creation.  All I have to say about your RobotTrader software is that after using it for less than three days (Wednesday 4:00pm to Friday at3:30pm), it made 51 wining trades with only two losers and that is because I'm using SL.   I don't mind to get some of them stopped out because then I know that I'm not dreaming.

The total profit was $354.73 I had to add them up three times because I thought it was a mistake. I really have no words to express how please I'm with it, I really enjoy watching the robot at work when the market is moving fast especially with 10 pairs at once, before I was sweating trying to catch at least one and most of the time losing it. 

Don to me you are like an angel that came to my rescue when I needed it most, I thought God was not going to answer my prayers but he did. This has been the most valuable investment I have ever made in my life, because if you would have sold it for what it's really worth I could not afford it, so thank you for your gift.

  Don, my brother, you're obviously a genius.  I'm up another 250 pips in the last 24 hrs (trading only USD pairs)...  Down slightly on AUDUSD, but it's coming back from a 205 p loss (v2.61).  I've netted more pippage in the last week than in all my brief 4x career...

The last version( 2.62)  is great and profitable. On a Demo account, high performance,  ( 90 pips this morning) good price, and the most important is that I don’t have to be  in front of my computer anymore.

    I just want to start off by saying a big THANK YOU to Mr. steinitz for creating such a ingenious method of trading the Forex market.

I don't normally write testimonials but when I was surfing the web I came across this site and read some of the positive and negative testimonials.

I must say that anybody who has written a scam rating certainly has not experienced a multitude of crappy EA's out there like I have.

I have noticed a direct correlation amongst those that that post positive testimonies and those that don't. It always comes down to proper money-management.

I have been trading this robot since September 2007 adhering strictly to what Mr. steinitz recommends in the way of money management and have seen my account grow from $10,000 to the $16540 as of today. I never trade more than 10% of my account and have never experienced drawdown exceeding 18%. Knock on wood.....

I must admit I do close down my platform whenever I feel like the profit is decent letting the robot go back and look for fresh trades. I learned this from Don listening to him on his Paltalk room.

In closing I just want to say I have never seen a robot close hundreds and hundreds of profitable trades in a row with minimal drawdown.

If this keeps up I'm planning on retiring early as an engineer and working on my golf swing.
