If you need additional customer support that goes beyond the scope of what I offer you for free you can have your computer remotely taken over by me. Please keep in mind that I live in the United States of America in the Pacific Standard time zone. Note:

It's advisable that you have a "Skype" program installed on your computer that allows you to talk through "VOIP" (voice over internet phone) since it is 100% free to use when talking from one computer to another. Skype is also inexpensive if you use it to call from your computer to ones landline. You can sign up at: www.skype.com
