If you need additional customer support that goes beyond the scope of what I offer you for free you can have your computer remotely taken over by me. Please keep in mind that I live in the United States of America in the Pacific Standard time zone. It's advisable that you have a "Skype" program installed on your computer that allows you to talk through "VOIP" (voice over internet phone) since it is 100% free to use when talking from one computer to another.
